Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to children and families, including individual, group, and family therapy
  • Collaborate with school staff to provide consultation and debriefing after crisis situations
  • Develop and implement treatment strategies for children with severe emotional disorders
  • Work with students and families of color, understanding the impact of race and poverty on students and families
  • Utilize Electronic Health Records to document client information
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
  • Possess or currently pursuing an LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC licensure
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in working with severe emotional disorders in children and adults, family systems theory, individual and family development, and community resources and school systems
