The Lash Lounge Rocky River seeks a skilled Cosmetic Technician to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality eyelash extension services.

Annual Salary Estimate: $58,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop a deep understanding of lash care and after-care products to effectively advise clients
  • Provide personalized eyelash extension services tailored to each client's needs and preferences
  • Successfully promote products and memberships to increase sales and revenue
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • Valid Cosmetology or Esthetics license
  • Experience as a Lash Stylist, preferred
  • Familiarity with hand-made volume fans, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Initiative to self-learn and educate clients on products and services offered
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings
