Position Overview:
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) engages in both direct and indirect patient care as well as health education, utilizing their training and ongoing education, skills, and experience. This role may involve delegating tasks to other caregivers as necessary and will consistently ensure proper oversight. Collaborates with team members to achieve the unit's goals, objectives, and standards while contributing to the broader divisional and organizational aims.
Work Schedule: 32 HR Nights
Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Preferred Experience: Previous patient care experience is advantageous
Licensure/Certification: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Basic Life Support Certification required
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is necessary
