Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Direct and manage civil/structural projects ranging from $0.2 million to $50 million, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
- Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical support in civil and structural engineering for cement plants, grinding facilities, and terminals.
- Design Oversight: Lead the development of civil and structural designs, ensuring they meet time, cost, durability, and constructability requirements.
- Procurement and Contract Management: Prepare specifications for bidding, evaluate consultants and contractors, and lead technical negotiations.
- Construction Supervision: Oversee contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and archive project drawings and documents, ensuring accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
