We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the total healthcare delivery system in your assigned unit, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, and coordinating patient care with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of patient care services, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
- Monitor nursing service and maintain accurate records, identifying potential problems and proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations, and coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of the unit, and maintain appropriate levels of medical equipment and supplies.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend monthly staff meetings as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one-year clinical experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
- Current CPR Certification.
