Field Service Technician for Commercial Kitchen Equipment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Coker Service Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work with commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
Job SummaryThe Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment at client locations. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills, experience working in fast-paced environments, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Duties and Responsibilities- Routinely visit client locations to install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites.
- Work independently on-site to resolve technical issues.
- Accurately complete work documents and submit them for approval.
- Communicate with manufacturers or customer service departments regarding warranty-related issues.
- Ensure timely submission of paperwork for billing purposes.
- Order necessary parts for repairs.
- Maintain company vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A clean driving history.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Be willing to take on new challenges daily.
- Handle a variety of assignments.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- EPA Universal Certification a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with commercial kitchen equipment.
- CFESA certification a plus but not mandatory.
- Computer and tablet proficiency.
- Bending, stooping, standing.
- Pushing and pulling.
- Lifting up to 70 pounds.
- Inside kitchen areas.
- Heavy traffic areas that may cause distractions.
- Loud noises.
- Sometimes greasy and wet floors.
Our competitive salary based on experience ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, making us one of the top-paying companies in the industry.
