As a Delivery Driver at Insomnia Cookies, you will be the face of our brand, delivering our signature cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base. Your role will involve checking orders for quality and accuracy, delivering products in a timely and safe manner, and providing exceptional customer service through positive and professional interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
  • Check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive and professional interactions
  • Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
  • Must have your own pedal or electric bicycle in working order
  • Must have a smartphone with data plan
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed
