Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled RN Case Manager to join our team in Kansas City, KS. As a TB Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and managing TB cases in a state facility.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care and manage TB cases in a state facility
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
* Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

* A Kansas State Registered Nurse license is required
* American Heart Association BLS certification
* 2-3 years of Registered Nurse experience
* 1 year of Case Manager experience (TB Unit)
* Ability to pass a background check
