About the Role

  • In this position, candidates must have the ability to understand and execute project plans and schedules efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating personnel and materials to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Operating heavy equipment, such as Dozers, Backhoes, and Track Hoes, is required. Candidates should have experience working on waterline, sewer pipe, and stormwater projects, along with supervisory experience and the ability to read blueprints.
  • Successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in supervising work crews. A thorough background check is part of the selection process.
