- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, as well as share your expertise with colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit goals and performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Graduation from a state-accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- Professional certification relevant to the practice area and on the ANCC Magnet approved list.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
