As a Restaurant Manager at King's Fish House - Orange, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer relations. You will be the leader of our team, responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer relations.
  • Manage a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure that all food products meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality.
  • Recognize and reward crew members for their hard work and dedication.
  • Make labor management decisions each shift to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Participate in interviews and selection of new crew members.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Two years of experience as a manager in the food service industry.
  • College degree in a related field, such as business or hospitality management.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good longevity in current and past positions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and move through 24-inch aisles and spaces as small as 12 inches.
