Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves representing clients in various legal proceedings, including court appearances within the metropolitan area. Responsibilities will include:

  • Attending court sessions and hearings
  • Preparing clients for depositions
  • Drafting legal documents such as complaints and briefs
  • Collaborating with paralegals on discovery matters
  • Reviewing and negotiating settlement offers
  • Representing clients in depositions and court, including mediations and trials

Candidate Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of personal injury law
  • Strong legal research and negotiation capabilities
  • Experience in advising clients on legal matters

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in jury trials
  • Licensed to practice in Federal Court
  • Three to five years of experience in personal injury representation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
