Responsibilities- Triage and assess patients of all ages, providing individualized care and treatment plans
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve expected outcomes, prioritizing patient needs and managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Provide follow-up care instructions, make necessary referrals, and coordinate functions with physicians and other departments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care, safety, and quality
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, multistate, or able to obtain licensure prior to start
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
- 1+ years of experience as an RN in an acute care environment (preferred)
- BLS certification must be obtained prior to employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- TNCC certification required within 1 year
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or PALS Instructor certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
