Speech Language Therapist for Academic Success

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and be licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Ohio. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred but not required for clinical fellows. Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable, but we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and abilities, providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations, creating individualized education programs (IEPs), and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' strengths and weaknesses
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans and IEPs to address students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop strategies to support student communication and learning
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
