Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management to the radiology team, including supervising and evaluating staff performance
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program
  • Formal management or supervisory training
  • Current certification from the ARRT, CRT, and American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR card
  • Competency in the operation and handling of CR, DR, RIS, HIS, and PACS
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
