About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital. As a radiographer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and producing diagnostic images using ionizing radiation.

With minimal experience required, this is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in radiography or those with experience looking for a flexible part-time position.

What You Will Do
  • Provide exceptional patient care and perform procedures utilizing ionizing radiation for screening, diagnostic, and guidance for interventional procedures in accordance with ALARA standards.
  • Operate equipment and set technical factors to produce diagnostic quality images according to radiology practice standards, minimizing patient dose, and relay images along with pertinent clinical information to the physician for interpretation.
  • Assist with inventory management and patient scheduling.
  • Take on-call assignments to provide after-hours high-volume coverage.
Your Qualifications
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist program.
