Wireless Support Specialist

Carolina West Wireless, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Wireless Support Specialist to join our team in Wilkesboro, NC.
The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our database.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, with 2-4 years of degree preferred. Previous customer service and/or call center experience is also preferred.
