Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer multiple phone lines and respond to customer inquiries
  • Dispatch calls and coordinate with tow truck drivers
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow detailed instructions
Requirements:
  • Ability to type and transcribe information accurately
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple phone lines and radio communications
  • Knowledge of vehicles and towing procedures
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
