Fish Cutter Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team at Kura Sushi Frisco. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and portioning fresh fish for our revolving sushi experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $18.00 per hour, which includes tips. The actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and location.

As a Fish Cutter, your primary responsibility will be to accurately cut, prepare, and portion fish for our menu items. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to our high standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards, and participating in ongoing training and development programs.
