Salary
The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Tire Technician at Mavis is negotiable. In addition to competitive hourly compensation, eligible employees can also earn up to $800 in guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment.

Job Description
We are seeking full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team at our state-of-the-art service centers in the Coram, NY area. As an Automotive Tire Technician, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, as well as performing tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing best-in-class automotive service to our valued customers while earning significant weekly bonus payments tied to every single service you perform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to work 5 days each week. We value reliability, punctuality, and teamwork, and prefer candidates who are motivated by commissions/incentive compensation and enjoy staying active.
