Merchandising Specialist

About the Role

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use a company-issued phone to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

This is a full-time position with a 6am start until work is finished. The schedule includes 5 scheduled shifts/days, with weekends and holidays required as needed. Flexibility to work overtime is also required.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should thrive working independently on assigned tasks, but also look forward to interacting with people at work. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.

Total Rewards

Pay starts at $21.75 per hour, with a rate increase to $22.92 per hour after 6 months. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.
