Infrastructure Project Manager

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Washington Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project scopes of work.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in project management with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Experience with managing project scopes in the range of $100,000+.
- Competency in development and monitoring of moderate project schedules and budgets.
- Competency in risk management.
- PE or equivalent licensing or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months.
- Ability to demonstrate strong project management and leadership skills through previous experience.
- MS degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering or Science field; and/or MBA.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience.
