Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Staff Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, management, and construction of engineering projects. As a Civil Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing engineering plans, assisting in the production of final construction drawings, and performing site investigations and inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Prepare engineering plans utilizing AutoCAD/Revit or similar design platforms.
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers as requested and work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
  • Site Investigations: Perform site investigations and inspections in the field during and post construction.
  • Client Communication: Assist with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
  • Research and Development: Participate in and conduct research on local regulations based on project location(s).
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent education from a 4-year college or university in the field of engineering.
  • Experience: Have a 0-5 years' experience in design, management, or construction of engineering projects.
  • Certifications: Engineer In Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) License preferred, but not required.
