Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Eden Senior Care. As a skilled nursing professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
  • Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants and ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians and perform other drug administration tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors, and families regarding patient clinical conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts according to facility policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting, with a strong preference for experienced RNs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and service to residents, families, and colleagues.
