Lead Actuary

As a Senior Actuary with Aon's Health and Wealth Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides expert advice on employee benefit schemes, including actuarial valuations for pension funds and group insurances.

Aon is a global leading division specialized in providing human capital consultancy and outsourcing. Our team consists of professionals with access to broad surveys, knowledge platforms, and services, operating in several offices worldwide.

• Provide advice on employee benefit schemes, including actuarial valuations for pension funds and group insurances;
• Assist with the accounting and consolidation of employee benefits in accordance with IFRS or USGAAP for multinationals;
• Support mergers & acquisition projects, ALM studies for pension funds, etc.

• You have a master's degree in mathematics, ideally specialized in actuarial sciences;
• You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role;
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and English;
• You are passionate about analyzing data and numbers;
• You are an experienced user of MS Office (a good knowledge of Excel is a must);
• You are a service-minded team player;
• You work accurately.
