Job Overview

WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in engineering, community planning, environmental, and construction services. Our team is seeking an experienced survey technician to produce high-quality survey drawings, legal descriptions, and exhibits using Civil 3D and MicroStation software.

About the Role

This position requires strong communication skills to work with land surveyors and project managers to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Civil 3D and MicroStation, as well as excellent problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in survey data.

Responsibilities
  1. Communicate effectively with land surveyors and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Prepare boundary, ALTA, topographic, engineering, as-built, and easement surveys, descriptions, and exhibits using Civil 3D and MicroStation.
  3. Work closely with the land surveying crew to accurately draft survey data and meet project deadlines.
  4. Conduct deed and GLO records research online and in courthouses to gather necessary information.
  5. Draft deed sketches and prepare job request orders accurately.
Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Benefits
