Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Technician to join our team at Select Medical. As a Telemetry Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety in our Critical Illness Recovery Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and interpret EKG readings to identify potential cardiac issues
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms and alerts
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure accurate and timely interventions
  • Complete EKG interpretations and strip validations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred background as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Paramedic, or RN nursing student with EKG training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
