Position Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Co-teacher to design engaging lesson plans and set educational objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and provide necessary interventions.
  • Encourage a positive and cooperative learning atmosphere that caters to the diverse needs of all students.
  • Organize educational activities both inside and outside the classroom, supervising students during breaks and meals.
  • Communicate regularly with families and colleagues to address the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure the classroom environment adheres to safety and cleanliness standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
