Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical quality and patient safety
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify and address clinical quality and safety issues
- Provide oversight and guidance to clinical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical and operational functions
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
- Board certification in a clinical specialty
- Advanced formal training in public health or administration
- 5+ years of executive leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence results and manage complex relationships
- Experience in a similar role at a large healthcare system
- Knowledge of clinical information systems and quality improvement processes
- Experience with budget management and financial planning
