Job Summary:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new products. Your expertise in manufacturing processes and technical documentation will enable us to deliver high-quality products on time.

About You:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in process engineering and technical documentation. Your ability to craft manufacturing processes and preventative maintenance plans will be key to ensuring product support in the field. Additionally, your excellent written and verbal communication skills will facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. As this position involves working on NPI projects from initiation through release, we require someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Craft manufacturing processes for new products and preventative maintenance plans for product support in the field.
- Build and deliver initial training to Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Service personnel in new product build, test, install, and repair procedures.
- Assist logistics and document management with TPD and specification support.
- Identify areas requiring sustaining projects for design and process improvements.

Requirements:
- A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or a combination of technical education and experience demonstrating required skills.
- 3+ years' experience as an Operations Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar field is helpful.
- Experience crafting technical documentation, procedures, and engineering reports.
- Proven experience participating and leading technical projects and managing multi-functional projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum.
