We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Property Supervisor with a valid Virginia Real Estate license to enhance our dynamic team.

$50,000 - $60,000 Based on Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the Hampton Roads region.
- Manage daily property operations, including maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Formulate and execute property management strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Ensure properties are maintained to high standards and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Administer vendor relationships and contracts for various services and supplies.
- Foster and maintain positive tenant relationships, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of lease agreements and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance daily operations through the development and refinement of systems.
- Must possess a valid Virginia Real Estate License at the time of hire.
- 3-5 years of experience in property management, particularly with residential properties.
- Comprehensive understanding of Virginia landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation.
