Your responsibilities will include assisting guests during their arrival, managing reservations for dining and activities, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Delivering prompt and courteous service to surpass guest expectations
• Addressing guest concerns with empowerment and tailored attention
• Guiding guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their visit
• Promoting resort offerings and amenities to enrich the guest experience
• Keeping informed about property systems and local attractions
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure excellence in all Front Office roles

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong communication abilities
• Capability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English and flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in the hospitality field is advantageous
• An Associate's Degree is considered a plus
