Sales Opportunity

This Coax Communications Account Manager role presents a unique sales opportunity for highly motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.

You will achieve sales and revenue goals through successful prospecting for new customers as well as the successful sale of bundled services to new customers. This involves generating all sales leads through a variety of prospecting tactics and working every lead from initial contact to sale.

Main Responsibilities
  • Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Work with the Account Coordinator to ensure accuracy and timely submission of administrative work
  • Demonstrate exceptional selling skills and product knowledge, practicing with other Account Executives regularly and reading sales books and courses to learn new techniques
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals
  • An ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
