Senior Designer

CESO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including design work, report preparation, and construction drawing. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform design work on various projects and prepare reports and construction drawings
  • Assist on 2D and 3D preparations of drawings, using computer-aided design (CAD) or building information modeling (BIM)
  • Convert and digitize electronic files into usable CAD files
  • Prepare drawings in compliance with company drawing and CAD/BIM standards
  • Collect data and gather information or documents for architectural projects
  • Support architectural design team in daily planning, coordination, and completion of projects
  • Learn state and federal laws & regulations and adapt building codes and standards as required to integrate into projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; or in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photo Editing Software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • 4-10 years of experience in architectural design
