We are seeking team-oriented and self-sufficient Registered Nurses for temporary assignments, typically lasting between 8 to 16 weeks, to assist with staffing requirements in our Ambulatory patient care clinics.
Patient care responsibilities encompass clinic visits, pre-intra-post procedure care, telephone triage, and care coordination. Candidates must exhibit strong assessment and communication abilities, demonstrate proactivity and autonomy in decision-making, and possess effective organizational skills. Flexibility and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential. This role is suitable for experienced nurses or those interested in our Ambulatory Care Nurse Residency program. Previous experience in outpatient or procedural settings is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and possess an active RN license in good standing.
A minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience is required. This position entails assuming the charge nurse role, actively engaging in unit/service activities, supporting colleagues, and assessing unit needs.
Compensation
Pay Range:
$45.96 Hourly
The stated pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this role. Individual salaries/hourly rates will be determined within the job's compensation range, taking into account factors such as market data, education, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
Work Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions are available, with daytime hours.
