Job Title: Special Education ParaprofessionalWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team. As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will play a critical role in supporting students with special needs in achieving their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver lessons to individuals and small groups of scholars that target remedial skill needs, IEP goals, and general education content.
- Provide in-the-moment behavior support and coaching, and respond to crisis behavior as necessary.
- Analyze data and conduct assessments to track student progress on IEP goals and assist Education specialists in the completion of quarterly progress reports.
- Build relationships by collaborating with special education teachers, Managing Director of Special Education, general education teachers, school leadership team, and families regarding student needs and progress.
- A competitive hourly rate starting at $23.09, with opportunities for growth based on experience.

- An AA degree is required (BA preferred).
- Completion of two years of college, not a degree but 72 quarter hours or 48 semester hours of college credit.
- A passing score on the Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment Test.

- Experience working with students and classroom management.
