We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer objectives.
