Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a CT Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients, working closely with our medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography and Computed Tomography (CT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in CT imaging, preferably in a hospital setting
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
