Job Overview

CQ Partners, a leading audiology practice, is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team in Bakersfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hearing healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address hearing loss
  • Fit and adjust hearing devices to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Active CA Dispensing license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
