The Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle, including bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the interview process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to find the best fit for our clients' needs.
  • Process Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to completion, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, managing feedback, closing deals, and post-placement follow-ups.
  • Research: Network with candidates and industry connections, conduct market mapping, and utilize various databases and social media platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Market Intelligence: Generate leads from industry interactions and stay updated with market news to provide valuable insights to our clients.
