Job Summary

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to join our Vision Center team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, diagnose and treat eye conditions, and work closely with our Vision Center Manager to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive eye exams and diagnose eye conditions
  • Prescribe medications and treatment options as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and technology
  • Collaborate with our Vision Center Manager to develop and implement business strategies
  • Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Licensed optometrist in good standing in the state of practice
  • EMR/EHR experience
  • Eagerness to embrace new equipment technology and advanced instrumentation
  • Experience in treating and managing ocular disease

  • Competitive salary range: $100,000.00-$200,000.00
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses
