We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kentucky Horse Farm Support Staff member at Watershed Equine. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of our 325-acre horse farm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility and equipment maintenance, with experience working on tractors, mowers, and other heavy machinery. You will also be responsible for maintaining miles of fencing, stock waterers, and other essential infrastructure.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week over 5 days, with occasional overtime as needed.
