Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in a timely and courteous manner within the hotel's complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a strong understanding of hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
    • Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Hotel Operations
    • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
    • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Ensure quality control of menus with regard to cleanliness and appearance.
    • Clear, clean, and reset tables/hotel spaces per client request or management instruction.
  • Communication
    • Communicate with all departments regarding in-house VIPs and any special requests/needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner.
