Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver at Kings Dominion. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and staff to various locations within the park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Operations: Perform daily transportation operations, including fueling, oil checks, and cleaning of vehicles.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including initiating interactions, answering questions, and giving directions.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks on vehicles, including scheduling repairs or maintenance work with supervision as needed.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, adhering to all safety guidelines and requirements.
  • Availability: Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Class B with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brakes required.
  • Driving Record: Good driving record with no DUI convictions within the past 15 years.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of traffic and highway safety rules and regulations, and of the precautions to avoid accidents.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
