Job Summary:

Crown is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of field service technicians, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of service tasks.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the service manager to prioritize service tasks, allocate resources, and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and address any service-related issues, providing solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce downtime.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a field service leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
