Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper at Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. This includes daily servicing of guest rooms, stocking carts with supplies, and replenishing guest room amenities while following company standards and safety procedures.

You will also be responsible for conducting deep cleaning activities within guest rooms, including tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning air coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.

Additionally, you will be expected to maintain regular attendance, approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner, and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
