Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and present menu items and specials while adhering to departmental quality standards and recipes.
  • Sanitation and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sous Chef to discuss daily assignments, anticipated business levels, and any necessary adjustments.

Qualifications
