Sales and Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team at Silverado Ace Hardware. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining awareness of all promotions and advertisements, and executing daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.

The ideal candidate will have a personality that strongly represents our Core Values along with an enthusiastic, positive, supportive sales-focused attitude. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing customers' needs and tasks effectively.
  • Providing accurate information on products and promotions.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have knowledge of DIY projects, electrical, plumbing, tools, paint, and hardware. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and bilingual individuals are considered a plus. We offer flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our estimated salary range for this position is $17-$22 per hour.
