We are seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Conifer Park Inc. in a unique nursing position that involves preparing and dispensing Methadone and Suboxone to patients accurately and timely as directed by doctor's orders in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in New York State. They will be responsible for ensuring all daily dispensing records are printed and maintained, running daily/dispensing reports, and gathering information needed on the Medical Screening Assessment from clients for MD/RN review.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to undergo background checks, pre-employment screenings, and drug screenings.

Requirements:
- Vocational/Technical School
- Current NYS LPN license
