Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Labor and Delivery nurse in Joliet, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic Labor and Delivery environment. As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
  • Assist with deliveries and provide postpartum care to patients
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
